Dena Ross

Dance/Off Ice Movement Specialist
Dena has always had a passion for all styles of dance, but a strong focus on technique and classical training. She commenced her training at the Robyn Kirkland School of Ballet at just three years old, moved on to train at RGDANCE throughout her teenage years and completed her full-time dance studies at Brent Street. Dena’s career has provided her with many life changing experiences and opportunities. 2018 saw the end of a performance contract in Turkey where she was able to work with dancers and choreographers from all over the world.
At the age of 14, she started performing professionally as a dancer for ABC TV ‘Dance Academy’ and then as a guest actress for Home and Away. Other credits include the British Ballet Organisation Scholars Program and BBO Scholarship winner, Bangkok City Ballet, USA with Pulse on Tour (New York, Las Vegas and LA), performing at Sydney Vivid Festival, Sydney King’s Games, channel 10’s ‘The Voice’, Bloch, and the Beyoncé Tribute by Pepsi Max.
Along with her commitment to dance, Dena has always had an interest in health and training. She completed her first year of Bachelor of Nursing studies at UTS but has now transferred to a Bachelor of Health Science (exercise and nutrition) degree. She is passionate about creating specialised dance programs for elite athletes along with choreographing and teaching students at various dance schools across Sydney.
