Louise Alvey brings a wealth of knowledge following a diverse and successful figure skating and coaching career. Originally from the UK, Louise started singles skating at the age of four and at 13 joined Team Icicles. Her coaching career started early at a ripe age of 16, shortly after this she landed a place on the America Disney on Ice tour and travelled America, South America and Europe for 3 years as a professional figure skater.
On her return from professional figure skating, Louise was instrumental in the development of the synchronised skating club in Nottingham; building the club to over 100 skaters. Louise has coached many teams to international competitions and was successful in coaching the junior team to a rank of 14th in the worlde.
Louise has a love and passion for synchronised skating that is illustrated in not only the results of the teams she coaches but also her ability to coach such a wide range of skaters level and ages.
